This is a literal click-by-click walkthrough of building a LetBuyy store from scratch. No prior experience needed. By the end, you'll have a published store ready to accept orders.
1. Create Your Account
Go to accounts.letbuyy.com and sign up with your mobile number or Google account. Verify your phone number via OTP. You'll be taken directly to the store creation flow.
2. Name Your Store
Choose your store name. This becomes your default URL (yourstore.letbuyy.com) and your brand name across the platform. You can add a custom domain later (Settings → Domains).
Store Name Tips
Keep it short (1–2 words), memorable, and relevant to what you sell. Avoid hyphens if possible. You can change your display name later but not your handle.
3. Select a Theme
Choose from free themes in the marketplace or upload a purchased theme. For your first store, start with "Clarity" (general merchandise) or "Urban" (fashion/lifestyle). Themes are fully customizable later.
4. Add Your First Product
Navigate to Products → Add Product. Fill in: Title (what buyers search for), Description (what converts), Price (in INR), Compare-at Price (for discount display), Inventory quantity, and at least 3 product images.
5. Configure Payments
Settings → Payments. Connect Razorpay with your API keys. Enable COD if appropriate for your category. Test with a ₹1 sandbox payment before going live.
6. Set Shipping Zones
Settings → Shipping. Create zones: Local (same city, flat ₹40), State (same state, flat ₹60), National (all India, weight-based). Add a "Free shipping above ₹499" condition to each zone.
7. Enter Your GSTIN
Settings → Business → GST. Enter your GSTIN to enable auto-invoice generation. Select your primary HSN codes for the product categories you sell.
8. Publish and Test
- Click "Publish Store" in your dashboard
- Visit your store URL in an incognito window
- Add a product to cart and complete a test checkout
- Verify you received the order confirmation email and WhatsApp
- Check the order appeared in your Orders dashboard
